This summer, give yourself the gift of presence, peace of mind, and personal growth. Whether you’re seeking better sleep, more effective habits or inspired confidence, the Mindfulness Summer Series invites you to breathe and reconnect with what matters most.

The three-session virtual series introduces evidence-based mindfulness practices that support stress reduction, improved focus, and overall well-being. Participants may attend individual sessions or complete the full series based on interest and availability.

This program is free to all WVU students, faculty, and staff and is open to individuals at all levels of experience. All three sessions will take place at noon via Zoom on the following dates: July 9, August 20, and September 17.
