Love isn’t just something we feel—it’s something we give. A kind word, a thoughtful gesture or simple smile can brighten someone’s day. It can also fill our own hearts with joy and togetherness.

It is so important to allow ourselves to receive love. Too often, we push it away, but true connection between humans comes from embracing both—giving and receiving love.

Remember to do these few things this week (and beyond):

  • Show kindness—small acts make a big difference.
  • Let yourself receive love as freely as you give it.
  • Love yourself—self-care strengthens our ability to love others.

Let’s make love a daily practice—one that uplifts, heals, and connects us all.

What defines a healthy relationship? How can you tell if your relationship is truly healthy? These are common questions many people ask themselves, especially during challenging times. Understanding the dynamics of a relationship is key to recognizing whether it's healthy, unhealthy or abusive.

While relationships can be difficult, they shouldn’t be difficult all the time. At the core of any healthy relationship are trust, open communication, mutual respect and shared goals. Your partner should uplift you, not drain you.

To learn more about what makes a relationship healthy, unhealthy or abusive, and how to navigate challenges, read our full blog post.

Remember, you deserve respect and safety in any relationship. Don’t hesitate to seek help and prioritize your well-being.

Consider these resources and as always, we are happy to help!
