Share your teaching innovations! Network and inspire your colleagues!

Got a midterm practice that reinvigorates your students (and you) for the final push to the end of the semester, an online activity that encourages engagement among asynchronous students or an innovative way to integrate AI into a key assignment? Does your program have an effective strategy to prepare students for the professions? Or perhaps you have figured out how to instill confidence in students to trust their own voices over chatbot outputs? Now is your chance to document the impact of your work.

We invite teaching faculty to submit a poster idea for the Nov. 4 Excellence in Education: Teaching Faculty Symposium, a celebration of the incredible work happening in our learning spaces! Potential poster topics include course design, assessment strategies, educational technology, student engagement techniques, interdisciplinary approaches, or other impactful methods. Posters can also highlight teaching-related research, collaborations, programmatic or curricular innovations, or reflective practice.

  • Date and Time: Wed, Nov. 4, 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • Location: Mountainlair Ballrooms
  • Deadline to submit an idea for a poster: Tuesday, Oct. 27
  • General Registration Deadline: Friday, Oct. 30
